LEADERSHIP WORKSHOPS

Approach

We take a "learning lab" approach to leader development, blending a variety of leadership models and concepts, experiential activities, and alternative learning approaches that include peer coaching and video content. All workshops are designed as a series of 3-hour modules, typically spaced at 2-4 weeks to allow for pre-work, reflection, and integration of new skills between sessions. Each workshop has a dedicated coach/facilitator and private coaching sessions are offered in every series to respond to the need for individualized development.

Manager Core Skills

A series of 5-10 modules that
reinforce the importance of
self-awareness as
foundational to leadership
effectiveness.

Topics include emotional
intelligence, conflict management, personal change styles, coaching approaches, influencing strategies, challenging conversations, development planning, and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.

Self-assessments are used in
these workshops.

A series of 5 modules that help team leaders create the conditions for teams to excel.

Participants focus on team structure, team process and group dynamics. Facilitative leadership behaviors are defined and encouraged.

Action learning is embedded in the workshop design.

An extensive series of 5-15 modules for individuals who have responsibility for managing others, or who need a refresher on the basics.

Topics include goal setting, delegation, performance management, team development, behavioral interviewing, and meeting facilitation.
