Angie O'Donnell, Executive Coach Angie O'Donnell, Executive Coach
Angie brings 15 years of international corporate experience and 10 years of business coaching to her client engagements. She received her MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and her BBA from the University of New Brunswick, Canada. She is certified through New Ventures West Professional Coaching Program and Team Coaching International.

Angie works with senior executives and leadership teams who understand and appreciate that all people who reach the top of their game have had a coach or two along the way. She brings nearly two decades of international business and leadership development experience to her coaching and facilitation.

Over the past 10 years, Angie has coached more than 70 leaders and a variety of teams from blue-chip financial services and science-based companies as well as nonprofit organizations. Recently, Angie has worked with executives and teams at Boston Private Bank & Trust, Boston Scientific, Citizens Financial Group, The John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University, Kiva Systems, Massachusetts Financial Services (MFS), ImmunoGen, and Novo Nordisk, among others.

To keep her skills sharp, Angie coaches in Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development, and serves as a Master Coach for professional coaching certification programs in the U.S. and the U.K. She also designs and facilitates over 15 leadership workshops with topics of interest that include emotional intelligence, managing conflict, leading teams, and coaching skills for managers.

Angie's 18 years of corporate experience offered her many opportunities to live and work outside of her comfort zone. Before co-founding 3D Leadership Group, she spent nearly a decade with BankBoston (Bank of America), most recently as Director of Business Development for the Global Markets business. Previously she worked for Coutts & Co. International Private Bank (Royal Bank of Scotland), The Kendall Company, Bentley College, and McDonald's Corporation. She has lived and worked in Toronto, Zurich, and Hong Kong and completed short-term engagements in London, Mexico City, and Bogota, Colombia.

Angie received her MBA from Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and her BBA from University of New Brunswick, Canada. She completed professional coaching certifications with New Ventures West, Center for Creative Leadership, and Team Coaching International. Angie uses a diverse set of 360° tools including the Leadership Versatility Index, Benchmarks, the Leadership Circle Profile, and the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory. For team coaching, she uses the Team Diagnostic Assessment™ and the Campbell-Hallem Team Development Survey. Self-assessments include the MBTI Step II, the BarOn Eqi, and the FIRO-B.

Sue brings over 20 years of consulting and corporate experience to her coaching approach. She received her MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College and her BA from Wheaton College. Sue brings a diverse business background from both consulting and corporate leadership to her coaching of individuals and teams. She facilitates in a style described as relaxed, insightful, and conversational.

For more than two decades, Sue has worked with over 50 companies representing the public, private, and nonprofit sectors. She continues to be fascinated by their unique natures. Sue coaches mid and senior level leaders and is a coach in Harvard Business School's New Path and Women's Leadership Programs and PwC's Discover Program. Her recent clients include Biogen Idec, Genzyme, ImmunoGen, Sunovion, PricewaterhouseCoopers, the National Fire Protection Association, Capital Link, Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, Choate, Hall & Stewart, and Kiva Systems.

Before co-founding 3D Leadership Group, Sue served as Chief Operating Officer for Insight Performance Inc., Director of Operations for Delta Dental Plan, and Compensation Consultant for Fidelity Investments. This line management experience guides her recognition of what is important to leaders at all levels in an organization, as well as her approach to coaching. Sue's consulting experience with Watson Wyatt, W.T. Haigh & Co., and S.P. Williamson & Associates took her to all corners of the U.S. and Europe, fostering an appreciation of what makes us all different while working under a common construct.

Sue holds an MBA from Babson's F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology from Wheaton College. She completed her professional coaching certifications with Coach Training International and Team Coaching International. Renee Cooper, Executive CoachRenée Cooper, Executive Coach
Renée brings 15 years of experience as an executive coach and leadership consultant and has coached at some of America's leading corporations. Renée received her MBA from Harvard Business School, and a Sc.B. from Brown University. She is a certified professional coach from the College of Executive Coaching and has served as an adjunct coach with the Center for Authentic Leadership.

Whether teaching a leadership workshop, coaching an executive client, or facilitating a senior team, Renée brings a warm, direct, and insightful style to her work. With more than 17 years as a coach and leadership consultant, she has deep experience in executive coaching, team coaching, and workshop design and delivery. And because she's been a line manager herself, she knows the importance of building leadership skills that are practical, relevant, and effective.

Renée has worked with executives and senior teams at some of America's leading corporations, including PricewaterhouseCoopers, GE, BellSouth, Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, Verizon, United Airlines, and Lockheed. She also has served nonprofit organizations such as Management Sciences for Health, Boston Public Schools, and Water Missions International. In addition, Renée teaches Leadership: The Inner Journey at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, and coaches executive participants in Harvard Business School's Program for Leadership Development.

From 2002 through 2008, Renée served as an adjunct coach with the Center for Authentic Leadership, where she coached and mentored program participants.

From 1996 through 2000, Renée was the lead consultant for leadership practice at Executive Perspectives, a management training and consulting firm. In that capacity she provided C-level executive coaching, and designed and delivered leadership development workshops for senior management teams across the country. Previously, she worked for a Fortune 250 industrial manufacturer, where she held senior line management and human resource positions.

Renée holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Applied Mathematics from Brown University. She completed her coaching certification with The College of Executive Coaching and is trained to use a variety of assessment instruments, including the MBTI Step II, the Leadership Versatility Index, Benchmarks 360°, Prospector 360°, and the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory.

Jeff has more than 25 years of management and consulting experience focused on helping clients strengthen their personal, team, and organizational effectiveness. He has a real passion for helping leaders and teams through periods of growth and change – in particular, making the tricky cultural transition from entrepreneurial to more professionally managed organizations.

Jeff has coached senior managers and groups spanning all levels and functions in a wide range of industries. Examples of his clients include Accellent, Acusphere, Alkermes, Applied Materials, BP Chemicals, Carrier Corporation, Eisai Research Institute, Martinair, Smith & Nephew, and Vertex Pharmaceuticals.

In recent years, Jeff has worked extensively in the life sciences industry helping early-stage companies and their leaders navigate the challenging waters of rapid growth and expansion – or, as one client put it, "helping brilliant scientists become intelligent leaders."

Jeff founded a coaching and consulting practice after spending seven years as a consultant and director of the Charter Oak Consulting Group, based in Hartford. Previously, he managed Outward Bound's Professional Development Program on Thompson Island in Boston. Jeff spent his early career years in human resource management and organization development roles for two Fortune 50 companies, GTE and Johnson & Johnson.

Jeff holds a Master's in Organization Development from American University/NTL Institute for Applied Behavioral Science in Washington, D.C., where he graduated with distinction. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Management and Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.

She is viewed as a trusted advisor who helps individuals and teams achieve clarity about issues and opportunities that impact their effectiveness in leading the business. In addition to executive coaching, Carol designs and delivers a suite of leadership workshops.

Carol has worked with dozens of executives and managers from many industries, from high tech and healthcare to financial and professional services. Among her recent clients are Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, Simmons College, ImmunoGen, and Nuvera Fuel Cells.

Carol's experience includes establishing an independent coaching and consulting practice and serving as Organizational Effectiveness Consulting Practice Manager at a Boston-area management consultancy focused on the banking industry. Earlier in her career, she launched and ran the student service organization at Tufts University's Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine.

Carol received her MBA from Boston University and a BA in Psychology from Simmons College, and she has completed her professional coaching certification with New Ventures West. She is certified to use many 360° assessment instruments, including the Leadership Versatility Index, Benchmarks, the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory, Leadership Agility, and the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis. Susan brings two decades of diversified human resources and business management experience to her coaching and leadership development work. She helps clients create and implement a clear road map for development and performance management.

Susan has advised senior executives in a wide range of industries including banking, investment management, professional services, wholesaling, manufacturing, software, medical devices, and environmental services. She also has worked with leaders of nonprofit organizations.

Susan's corporate experience includes 10 years with Fleet/Bank of America and eight years with The Boston Company/Mellon Bank Corporation in a variety of HR managerial and consulting roles. In these roles, she developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills and expertise in designing HR solutions in support of strategic business goals. She counseled senior management and managed the talent selection process and communications efforts during several bank mergers.

Susan earned her BA in Psychology with a Business minor from Stonehill College. She holds a certificate in Management and Administration from Harvard University's Extension Program and a certificate in Compensation Analysis and Design from the University of Michigan Executive Education Program. Susan is certified to administer FIRO-B and the Myers-Briggs Type Inventory.
