Approach

We work with individuals in a three-dimensional way: developing self, developing others, and developing the business.

The audience for developmental coaching ranges from the most senior leaders to critical next generation leaders, and includes those in high impact, individual contributor roles.

What You Can Expect

  A professional and highly confidential relationship
  Interviews with several coaches to determine the best "fit" for each leader
  A four to twelve month program with in-person meetings twice monthly
  A clear process and defined program that may be co-created with the organization/HR
  A meaningful and confidential feedback gathering process to include 360° assessment
  Creation of a development plan
  On-going coach interaction with the sponsor/manager
  Long-term planning that will sustain and support behavioral changes
